Western Refining is an independent refiner and marketer headquartered in El Paso, Texas. Western has refineries in El Paso, Gallup, New Mexico, and Yorktown, Virginia.

Western’s asset portfolio also includes refined products terminals in Albuquerque and Bloomfield, New Mexico, and Flagstaff, Arizona and asphalt terminals in Phoenix, Tucson, Albuquerque and El Paso, retail service stations and convenience stores in Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico, a fleet of crude oil and finished product truck transports, and a wholesale petroleum products distributor with locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas, and Utah.

We continue to invest a significant amount of capital in refinery initiatives that will allow us to improve our crude oil processing flexibility, expand refinery capacity, increase production of higher-value refined products, and satisfy certain regulatory requirements.
